TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all clients and is due before any design work begins and final payment is due before any digital files can be delivered.
2. Client agrees to pay designer the fees listed in the project proposal. Pricing in the project proposal includes only designer fees. Any other costs, such as printing, art licensing or photography, will be billed to the client.
3. All material considered confidential by either party shall be designated as confidential.
4. There will be a limit of maximum 3 revisions per project. Extra costs will incur if it exceeds 3 revisions.
5. All prices are subject to change due to a number of revisions, elements, the complexity of the design than initially thought.
6. AE Graphix takes full ownership of design concepts and materials it produces. Once final concept is delivered to a client and full payment is received, complete ownership rights to the client. In the event that full payment is not received and design work have been taken or used, further action will be taken.
